The celebrations span the whole weekend − a welcome pizza evening on Friday, the wedding on Saturday, and a farewell brunch on Sunday. Plan for the full weekend if you can; we'd love to have you there for all of it.

At the castle! There are plenty of places to sleep, spread across the castle itself and the other lodgings on the estate. Rooms are at your own expense, come in a range of prices, and include breakfast. How and where to book will follow soon − booking won't go through this website.

Summer Formal! For the gentlemen, think a well-tailored suit in a light fabric, crisp shirts and polished shoes, tie optional but welcome, and for the ladies, beautiful long dresses in summer colours, made for an evening among the vineyards.

Part of the day takes place on the castle lawns, so block heels or wedges might be kinder to your feet than high heels.

The envelope of your invitation states exactly who is invited. If you're unsure, just ask us!

We adore your little (and not-so-little) ones, but we've decided to keep our celebration adults-only (18+). We hope this gives every parent a well-deserved weekend off − and we promise to send lots of photos!

There's a field for exactly that on the RSVP form. Italian kitchens are wonderfully accommodating; we'll make sure everyone eats well.
